Interview Q&A

Q: A child falls while you are alone with them (parents at work). They have a small cut on the knee — what do you do, step by step?
A: I will take a clean piece of cloth and tie it where the cut is and then i will call their parents to inform them about the incident.
Q: A stranger at the gate says they are close friends with your employer and need to wait inside, but nobody warned you — what do you do?
A: I will ask the person's name and who has come to find then i will tell to come back later in the evening after my employer is back and i will call my employer and confirm if was expecting any visitor around the day.
Q: How do you store leftover cooked food (such as stew or soup) in the fridge safely?
A: I will transfer it in a plastic storage tin and cover it with its lid and keep it inside the fridge.
Q: Your employer asks you to do something you were never trained for (e.g. bathing a newborn the first time) — how do you respond?
A: In a polite way i will talk to my employer about bathing the baby and ask if can teach me how to bath the baby so that next time i won't have a hard time bathing the baby.
Q: You are alone with a baby — food starts burning while the infant is crying loudly. What do you do first and why?
A: Switch of the burning stove first because it is risky and can cause house from burning then very fast i will rush to the baby and safely carry him/her calm and quietly to avoid the baby from getting the fever.
Q: If you accidentally break a plate during work, when do you tell the employer?
A: As soon as she arrived after a moment of time then i will tell
