I will call the boss to ask permission before I let them in if the employer doesn't answer I will tell them sorry I can't let you in with my boss permission.

A: I would attend to the baby first . I would quickly but calmly check on the baby first , ensure they are safe and comfort them because the baby safety and well-being come first. After the baby is calm and in safe place.I would then go and turn of the stove and handle the burning food simply because the baby cannot take care themselves and could be in danger while the food can be managed once the baby is safe.

A: I would politely tell my employer I have not been trained how to bath newborn and I don't want to risk the baby safety . I would ask if they can show me how to do it
