A: I'll first remove the child from that place, clean the wound, then cover it and inform the parents
Q: A stranger at the gate says they are close friends with your employer and need to wait inside, but nobody warned you — what do you do?
A: I'll make a call to my employer to inquire if he/she was expecting a visitor before taking the next step
Q: How do you store leftover cooked food (such as stew or soup) in the fridge safely?
A: I wait for the food to cool, then I transfer it to a plastic container with a lid. Make sure it's tightly closed before storing it
Q: Your employer asks you to do something you were never trained for (e.g. bathing a newborn the first time) — how do you respond?
A: Baby's safety comes first, I'll lift the baby from where she's laid, carry her with me then go switch off the stove, make the baby comfortable by attending to her first then once she's silent, I'll proceed to cooking
Q: You are alone with a baby — food starts burning while the infant is crying loudly. What do you do first and why?
A: I believe there's always a first time for anything and asking for guidance from the employer isn't a crime. I'll politely ask her to guide me through the process
